Abstract

The rapid development of machine learning (ML) algorithms has significantly impacted various fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, healthcare, and data analytics. Machine learning, a subset of AI, has advanced through innovations in algorithms that enable systems to learn from data, adapt, and improve over time. Recent breakthroughs in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning algorithms have led to the creation of intelligent systems that can perform complex tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and autonomous decision-making. This paper provides an overview of the latest advancements in machine learning algorithms, with a focus on their applications in intelligent systems. We explore key developments in algorithm design, their underlying mathematical foundations, and how these advances contribute to the capabilities of intelligent systems. Furthermore, the paper discusses the challenges, limitations, and future directions for machine learning, emphasizing the need for ethical considerations, interpretability, and robust training methods.
