The translation of human intent into actionable commands via neurophysiological signal interpretation forms the cornerstone of assistive brain interfaces. Despite significant advancements in the field of brain-computer interfaces, the persistent challenges of low signal-to-noise ratios, extreme inter-subject variability, and the inherent non-stationarity of neural dynamics limit the clinical and commercial viability of these systems. This paper presents a comprehensive framework designed to robustly decode neurophysiological patterns through a novel integration of calibrated signal decomposition and deep representation learning. The proposed methodology first employs a dynamic decomposition phase that dynamically adapts to individual baseline neural states, effectively disentangling task-relevant oscillatory components from stochastic background artifacts. Subsequently, a deep spatial-temporal representation learning module leverages hierarchical feature extraction mechanisms to capture the complex, non-linear relationships embedded within the multidimensional neural time-series data. Extensive evaluations on benchmark motor imagery and event-related potential datasets demonstrate that the synergistic effect of individualized calibration and deep feature embedding substantially improves decoding accuracy and information transfer rates compared to traditional state-of-the-art pipelines. Furthermore, detailed ablation studies and interpretability analyses reveal that the learned representations strongly correlate with established neurophysiological phenomena, ensuring physiological validity. This research provides a crucial step toward developing reliable, zero-calibration assistive devices for individuals with severe motor impairments, bridging the gap between advanced computational modeling and practical neuro-rehabilitation applications.
